Insurances that I am unable to bill are Medicare, Tricare, and any Medicaid. This will also prevent me from being able to bill any secondary insurance you may have. There are other insurances that I can bill as an out of network provider, however your out-of-pocket costs will typically be higher. I do not offer services on a sliding fee scale but do offer payment plans for those who may need it.
